Everything About Science Communications Support

This session gives a breakdown of the importance of science communication—how to communicate science to the broader public—and discusses main ways to do this. Since e-HAIL is built around multidisciplinary dyads, we also share some of the challenges specific to teams with different disciplinary backgrounds— and techniques for overcoming them. The presenter, Bahaar Chawla, PhD, is a Research Operations, Management, and Strategy Fellow in the Medical School Office of Research, who is currently doing an Impact Project with e-HAIL.
